india's last cake class

Many of you know India and my mom have been taking cake decorating classes together for about 6 months. This was the last cake they are going to be making in class. I feel sure they will be making lots of cakes together and continuing to practice cake decorating, but this was by far the prettiest cake they made in my opinion.

It's made with fondont (I hope I got that right)

And here it is all finished. All the little flowers are edible icing that India, Kalib, and my mom all made together. The picture doesn't really do it justice.

Here's a close up of the top of the cake. You can see that they made a lot of little flowers and their attention to the detail of it is so great. I'm also really happy that Kalib got involved and helped out some too.

I can't wait to see what comes out of this as they continue to make cakes.
